lydiaai.com was already taken by a completely different company — Lydia.ai, a health insurance technology company with no connection to us. To avoid confusion, we chose lydiaai.online as our domain. The .online extension is a perfectly legitimate domain suffix used by thousands of real businesses worldwide. Our platform is fully functional and secure regardless of the domain extension.

Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack — one of Africa's most trusted and PCI-compliant payment platforms used by thousands of Nigerian businesses. We never see or store your card details. Your payment goes directly through Paystack's secure system. If anything goes wrong with your payment, contact us at lydiaaisupport@gmail.com within 48 hours.

Think of Lydia as a very knowledgeable research companion that helps you understand how your project should be structured and what each section should contain.

Lydia AI is built specifically for Nigerian university students — not for general use. ChatGPT doesn't understand Nigerian university formats, SIWES/IT report structures, or the specific requirements of Nigerian academic institutions. Lydia generates documents in the exact format Nigerian universities expect, includes real academic references in APA format, produces a proper Table of Contents, and saves your document to your account for re-download at any time. ChatGPT gives you raw text, Lydia gives you a properly formatted, ready-to-download Word document.

Lydia AI currently assists with two types of academic documents: Final Year ProjectsIT Reports / SIWES Reports (full industrial training report based on your actual experience), and Seminar Papers (full seminar document with 3 to 5 chapters). All documents are delivered as properly formatted Microsoft Word files for you to review

These are real, published papers that you can verify and access online. We always recommend that you review the references, read the papers, and use them to further develop your own understanding of your research topic.

We strongly recommend that students use the generated document as a starting point — reading through it, understanding the concepts, adding their own voice, personalising sections, and expanding with additional research. Yes, forever. Every document you generate is saved to your Lydia AI account. Once you have paid for a document, you can re-download it at any time from your dashboard — even months later. You never lose access to a document you have paid for.

If generation fails before you make any payment, simply go back and try again. No charge is made until after a successful generation and payment. If you experience an issue where payment was deducted but no document was delivered, contact us immediately at lydiaaisupport@gmail.com with your payment reference number and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

₦3,000 per document — one-time payment, no subscription, no hidden fees. You pay once per document and get lifetime access to re-download it. We deliberately kept the price at ₦3,000 because we believe every Nigerian student should be able to afford quality academic assistance — not just those who can pay ₦15,000 to ₦20,000 for a human project writer.

Lydia AI may assist users by incorporating research context and references from scholarly databases and trusted publicly available academic sources, including Semantic Scholar and other research journals where applicable.

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your data is stored securely using Supabase — an enterprise-grade, encrypted database platform. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your email address is used only for account access and document notifications. Every Lydia AI user gets a unique referral code. When you share your code with a friend and they sign up and pay for a document, you earn ₦500. Once your earnings reach ₦2,000, you can request a cash withdrawal directly to your Nigerian bank account. There is no limit to how much you can earn — refer 4 paying friends and cash out ₦2,000.
