Lydia AI is an AI-powered academic writing assistance platform that generates academic documents including Final Year Projects, IT Reports, and Seminar Papers for Nigerian university students. Our service is intended to assist students in understanding document structure, academic writing style, and research organisation.
Lydia AI is designed to be used as a learning aid and writing reference tool. By using our service, you agree that:
You will use generated content responsibly and in accordance with your institution's academic policies. You understand that submitting AI-generated content as entirely your own original work may violate your institution's academic integrity policies. You are solely responsible for how you use the content generated by Lydia AI. Lydia AI and Mavora Labs accept no responsibility for any academic consequences arising from misuse of our service.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Our service fee is ₦3,000 per document generated. Payments are non-refundable once a document has been successfully generated and made available for download. If you experience a technical issue where payment was deducted but no document was generated, contact us at lydiaaisupport@gmail.com within 48 hours for resolution.
The Lydia AI platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by Mavora Labs. Documents generated by Lydia AI are provided to you for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialise generated documents without permission.
Lydia AI is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies. We strongly recommend that you review, verify, and personalise all generated content before use. We make no warranty that generated content will meet your institution's specific requirements.
Mavora Labs shall not be liable for any academic penalties, failures, expulsions, or other consequences arising from your use of Lydia AI. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific document in question.
Our referral programme allows users to earn ₦500 for each friend who signs up and makes a payment using their referral code. Referral earnings can be cashed out when they reach ₦2,000. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. Abuse of the referral programme including self-referrals or fraudulent activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
Your use of Lydia AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Lydia AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under Nigerian law.
